Tiered pricing on the Fixed Annual Charge
A discount may be applied to the Fixed Annual Charge payable on certain share or unit classes of the sub-funds of Jupiter Investment Management Series I and of Jupiter Investment Management Series II, and each of the UCITS Unit Trusts and Jupiter Merlin Portfolios (each, a “Fund”) based on the value of the scheme property of the relevant Fund. The share or unit classes eligible for a discount across all the Funds are the following: I Classes, IH Classes, J Classes, L Classes, P Classes, T Classes, U1 Classes, U2 Classes, Z1 Classes and Z2 Classes. The discount will also apply to the Z Class of the Jupiter Strategic Bond Fund only.
The discount (if any) currently applied to the Fixed Annual Charge payable on these eligible share or unit classes can be found in the table below.

To calculate the Fixed Annual Charge payable after the discount (if any), the amount set out in the table above should be subtracted from the Fixed Annual Charge of the eligible share or unit class. This is stated in the offering documents of the Funds as follows:
- schedule 1 of the Jupiter Investment Management Series I and Jupiter Investment Management Series II Prospectus (see section 30.3 for an explanation of how the discount applicable to the Fixed Annual Charge is calculated);
- appendix A of the Jupiter UCITS Unit Trust Scheme Particulars (see section 18.3 for an explanation of how the discount applicable to the Fixed Annual Charge is calculated); and
- section 2 of the Jupiter Merlin Portfolios Scheme Particulars (see section 17 for an explanation of how the discount applicable to the Fixed Annual Charge is calculated).
