Answer

No

Will my account number change?

Yes. Your account number will change as part of this transition. You can find your new account number in the letter we sent to notify you about these changes.

We do not expect any changes to dealing processes or cut-off times.

Will there be changes to settlement timeframes?

No

Will there be any changes to my Direct Debit arrangements?

No

Will there be any changes to my regular withdrawals?

No

What will happen to post received at the old address after the Effective Date?

This will be forwarded to BNY on your behalf for one month after the Effective Date. After this date, it will be returned to you.

Will I still receive my bi-annual statement as at 5 October?

Yes. There will be no change to our normal statement production process. You will receive your bi-annual statement as normal in early November.

Will you also notify my agent?

Yes, we will write to your agent to notify them of these changes. Details of any agent linked to your account are shown on your bi-annual statement. If you no longer wish your agent to be associated with your account, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

Will my shares be transferred to another fund or entity?

No

Will there be any changes to my distribution payments?

To facilitate a smooth transition to BNY, any Fund with an annual or interim accounting period ending on 30 September will, for 2026 only, have that accounting period shortened to end on 24 September 2026. Normal accounting period end dates will resume thereafter.

If you would normally receive a distribution payment on one of the dates below, your payment will instead be made on the revised date shown, for this year only.

Month-end payment date | Revised 2026 payment date
September 26 | 24-Sep-26
October 26 | 23-Oct-26
November 26 | 24-Nov-26

For funds where the payment date is being amended, investors may experience a difference in the distribution amount as a result of a slight change to the distribution period. This timing adjustment is temporary, and the distribution amount will be adjusted in the subsequent month's payment to ensure distributions remain in line with the applicable distribution policy.
