What funds and share classes are impacted?

This change will apply to all share classes held in Jupiter Asset Management Series plc.

On what date does this change become effective?

1st December  2025 or such other later date specified here.

Will my shares be transferred to another fund or entity?

No

Do I need to open another account?

No

Will the change in Transfer Agent impact any rebate payments?

There will be no change to the terms and calculation methodology of rebate payments. Investors who deal through Clearstream will have rebates calculated on settled shares (‘qualifying shares’).

Will my account number stay the same?

No, the account number will change and will be provided separately before 1 December 2025.

Will the dealing cut off times be changing?

No

Will price delivery be impacted?

No. Prices will continue to be delivered to you by the Fund Accountant.

Will there be a trading blackout?

No

Will there be changes to settlement timeframes?

No

Will agent codes change?

Yes, further communication will follow. 

Will there be online access?

Yes we will send a separate communication after 1 December 2025 regarding this access.

How will I receive non STP contract notes?

The default is to receive contract notes by email.

Do we need to amend our Distribution Agreement with Jupiter?

No

Where should settlement payment be sent?

Settlement payment should continue to be sent to the existing Citi details for deals priced at Citi on or before 28 November 2025.  The new settlements details will come into force for deals priced on or after 1 December 2025.
