The value of active minds
We believe that generating sustainable long-term outperformance for our clients, in a complex and challenging world, requires diversity of thought and mindset in all its aspects. We follow a set of principles that guide us and underpin the way we do business. These principles help our people understand the behaviours that are important to successful outcomes for our clients. In 2019, we chose to give more formal expression of these principles around four ‘cultural pillars.’
