Current responsibilities
Patty Cao is an assistant fund manager in the Emerging Market Debt team, currently on secondment to the Global Emerging Markets Focus team.
Experience and qualifications
Before joining Jupiter, Patty worked at Merian Global Investors as an assistant portfolio manager specialising in emerging market debt. Prior to this, she was an analyst and junior trader at CQS for the emerging markets (ex-Asia) portfolio. Before this, she worked as a sovereign research analyst for Aberdeen Asset Management. She has worked internationally in China, Singapore, Brazil, and the US. Patty started her career in Shanghai in 2009, working for Morgan Stanley.
Patty has a Master’s degree in International Business and a degree in Economics.
