Since 2018, we have published our Gender Pay Gap Report under the Gender Pay Gap Regulations. The report provides details of our gender pay gap based on the average ‘hourly rate of pay’ for all men and women across the workforce, and initiatives in place to help close the gap.
From 2023, we have chosen to also disclose our ethnicity pay gap on a voluntary basis, reflecting our commitment to accountability for delivering better outcomes for underrepresented groups both at Jupiter and within our industry.
