Skills and experience
Nathan brings a wealth of financial, risk and regulatory expertise, with extensive experience in large-scale customer and corporate facing businesses. In his executive career, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Santander UK from 2014 until 2022 and then Global Head of Investment Platforms at Grupo Santander.
Prior to his roles at Santander, Nathan held senior executive finance and risk roles at RBS.
External appointments
Nathan is a Non-Executive Director of Lloyds Banking Group plc. He is also a Non-Executive Director at Centrica plc and will step down from this role in July 2026.
