Skills and experience
Nathan Bostock brings a wealth of financial, risk and regulatory expertise, with extensive experience in large-scale customer and corporate facing businesses. In his executive career, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Santander UK plc from 2014 until 2022 and then Global Head of Investment Platforms at Grupo Santander.
Previous appointments
Prior to his roles at Santander, Nathan held senior executive finance and risk roles at The Royal Bank of Scotland plc.
Current external appointments
Nathan currently serves as a Non-executive Director of Lloyds Banking Group plc and Centrica plc. He will step down from the latter role in July 2026.
