Since 2018, we have published our Gender Pay Gap Report under the Gender Pay Gap Regulations. The report provides details of our gender pay gap based on the average ‘hourly rate of pay’ for all men and women across the workforce, and initiatives in place to help close the gap. The calculations require us to consider the taxable payments that employees received in April each year, which in Jupiter’s case includes more than just salary, such as components of the annual bonus and deferred bonus payments from prior years.
