Experience and qualifications

Before joining Jupiter, Carmen worked at Merian Global Investors as an investment assistant providing support to the UK equities team. Carmen joined Old Mutual Asset Managers in 2000 as an investment assistant and worked alongside the head of UK equities to launch and develop the UK small-cap desk, which became the Merian UK mid and small cap team. Prior to this, Carmen worked at Hill Samuel Asset Management for ten years on the small cap desk. She began her investment career in 1990.

Carmen holds the CFA UK – Investment Management Certificate.
