Under the circumstances where performance related complaints are received, the Hong Kong Representative will forward the complaint to the Investment Manager, Jupiter Asset Management Limited, for a response.

The complaints handling policy established by Jupiter Unit Trust Managers Limited, the Management Company for the Jupiter Global Fund SICAV, may be requested by contacting the Hong Kong Representative, JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. Hong Kong Branch.

If your complaint is not dealt with to your satisfaction you may be able to refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service:
